HOW TO SECURE ROOMS FOR ANY OHIO ELITE EVENTS

1. Fill out and submit Hotel Questionnaire. Please note: We have secured all of the double double rooms available at all of our hotels. Some of the rooms at all hotels will have a Kings Size bed and a Pull Out Sofa. Request for rooms will be filled on a first come first served basis. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT FOR THE ACCEPTANCE LIST TO BE PUBLISHED TO REQUEST ROOMS. SEND YOUR REQUEST AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE DO NOT ASK THE HOTEL FOR ANY COMPLIMENTARY ROOMS FOR YOUR TEAM OR TEAMS. THESE ROOMS ARE BEING USED FOR REFEREE'S AND COLLEGE COACHES.

2. You are not to contact any hotel. Once your team/teams are accepted, the contact listed on the questionnaire will be contacted by the hotel assigned to your team.

3. The team contact and Hotel Representative will work out rooming requirements and rooming list for the team.

4. If you are requesting rooms for more than one team, please inform the hotel representative.

5. Once event schedules are posted, teams will have 48 hours to make any changes to their rooming list/room requirements. In the event the tournament is cancelled, all hotels will be notified by the Ohio Elite Travel Staff and teams will be released of all obligations. Teams will not be required to notify their assigned hotel.
